The Amposta Rice Harvest Festival is a living tribute to the agricultural tradition of the Ebro Delta, especially at the time of the rice harvest, one of the most emblematic tasks of the rural calendar. This day allows us to relive the customs of our ancestors and share a unique cultural and gastronomic experience in a privileged environment.<\/p>

Harvesting is the final phase of rice cultivation, when the ripe grain is harvested. In the past, this work was done by hand, with a sickle and on legs, separating the grain from the chaff with effort and great technique. At the festival, this process is faithfully reproduced to preserve its memory and make it known to new generations.<\/p>
