RENT OF BICYCLES

To whet your appetite or to help you eat your food down, we encourage you to take one of our bikes, tandem or bike-car and take a spin around the Encanyissada Lagoon. Route enabled by a bike lane and where you will reach different observation points and see different native and migratory birds. A quiet area without cars. Also escape to Poble Nou del Delta! A small town that in winter does not exceed 150 inhabitants. White houses no more than one floor high. Or take a walk to Platja del Trabucador or Aluhet or Aluguet where you will see the sea on one side and the other of the sandy road and unforgettable sunsets .

CARRIAGE

Cars and carts, driven by horses, were the most traditional means of transport to the Delta de l’Ebre for no more than 50 years.

It is used for the transport of merchandise, the collection of cereals, olives and other crops and moving the fins to the mills. But it is also used for the daily transport of people from the shoreline to the small cities in the development of the time.

Preserve the tradition and offer the possibility of a passeig amb aquest transport.

PERCH BOATS

Means of transport in the Ebro Delta from a few decades ago. Capacity between 2 and 10 people. It was used to transport sacks of rice, for hunting, fishing or to transport other types of materials. These boats circulated through the canals of the Ebro Delta, as a general rule, inside private estates .To navigate, a wooden pole of about 3 or 4 meters long is used, called a perch. This is used to propel the boat, at the same time as a rudder to move it left and right. We challenge you to try them! It’s a unique experience!

Gaudeix of nature tot l’any! At the back of the Restaurant l’Estany Casa de Fusta, you can spend the night with the motorhome or custom in the mateix cor del Parc Natural del Delta de l’Ebre, surrounded by tranquility and the non-existent light pollution i acoustics. 

In this area, we offer rental services, gray waters and drinking water dams.

ZONE OF PICNIC

At the back of the Restaurant l’Estany Casa de Fusta, in the mateixa zone d’oci, you have a small kiosk with terraces and public bathrooms. It also includes a picnic area with taules and benches of fusta baix a grove of moreres. 

Available to those who want to spend a day enjoying their activities while preparing a snack.

The kiosk also serves as a cafeteria, bar and also sells handicrafts and gifts from our land. This is where you can request more information about all the service services that you offer.

LO MAS DE LA CUIXOTA

The Restaurant l’Estany Casa de Fusta originated from Lo Mas de la Cuixota. All the farmhouses and houses that you see throughout the Ebro Delta are named after their owner, or better said, the bad name of the family living there.

Lo Mas de la Cuixota was an old farmhouse and this is where the idea of opening a small restaurant for the visitors of the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta at the end of the 1980’s. Over the years, we opted for recovering traditions and offering leisure services to our clients. Here is where we recovered the name of Lo Mas de la Cuixota, commemorating that farmhouse where some friends, a few years ago, dreamt with a project that today is a reality.
